About

Kabosh Creative is an Australian owned and operated boutique marketing & design studio located in Queensland’s Western Downs. We specialise in graphic and website design solutions for rural and regional clients.

We take great pride in the quality of our work and the way we work together with our clients to develop unique and highly effective design and marketing material.

While we’re passionate about creating lovely websites and striking design, you can be confident that we are not a high flying ‘city-type’ studio and we prefer to stay away from the price-tags that go with that territory. Having worked with many businesses including beauty salons and beef cattle studs, artists and accountants, horse studs and community groups to name just a few, we believe we are competitively priced in the industry for the high quality service that we offer to regional areas.

We’re open to hearing your ideas and we are willing to work alongside you to achieve your outcome. There’s simply no business or idea too big or too small, so please get in touch with how we can help put your plans into action.

As Kabosh Creative principal, Kate Boshammer presents a unique mesh of skills and a possesses a keen eye for a clean and simple style. Kate’s rural background (she grew up on a beef cattle property in New South Wales and now calls the Queensland bush home) enables her to work effectively on a personal and professional level with regional clients.

After completing her schooling at Calrossy Girls' School, Tamworth, Kate is studying externally for a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing and Public Relations through the University of Southern Queensland.

She has also completed numerous web development courses with Dynamic Web Training in Brisbane, is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute and has been involved in the organisation of large agricultural events. Kate regularly writes as a freelance journalist for a selection of rural publications, including Queensland Country Life, Cattle Country Magazine and New England Country Living.

Kate found her passion for the work in 2008 and Kabosh Creative has evolved and grown to a full time occupation that has overcome the career challenges of living remotely.

Kate and her husband Justin live on 'Appletree', north-east of Chinchilla, where they are involved with the family farming business and operate their own Angus and Brangus herd, Glenoch-JK. When time allows, they enjoy travelling and competing in campdrafts with their stock horses.
